How to make a Claim
In the event you need to make a claim, please contact our office on the following options:

Depending on which Insurer you are covered with, we will either request certain claim information from you and lodge the claim direct with the insurer from our office, or send/fax/email you a claim form and instructions to complete and return back to our office for processing and lodgement with the Insurer. Updated advises regarding the claim will be sent to you via your preferred communication. |
